It's in the Keys ...
By user-5804268... on 2017-10-23.
...and that's what this park has going for it. Not all sites have sewer but there is a dump station in the park, the sites are really tight, cable didn't work on my site. It was brought up to staff but nothing was done about it. Did I mention how tight the sites are. Really. They're tight.
The park does have a restaurant on premises and it's surprisingly not over priced. There's a daily happy hour between 4-6 with good pricing on drinks and a few food items.
Even with all the negatives I would definitely go back. The location is fantastic and let's face it, you're in the keys to be outdoors and in the ocean not inside watching TV or surfing the web.

Left/Right Hand

Very disorganized - don't know site availability - office help are very nice but clueless. Corp owned and needs major updating. WiFi is only FREE at office lobby or bar/restaurant. Could be a super nice park but overpriced in current state.

One of the best little known treasure
By user-5903319... on 2017-10-23.
A wonderful laid back jewel in the middle of the Keys. Some old sites are small as they were made for the 1950's and 60's. You will be a little crowded on Holidays but on normal times there is plenty of room. Enjoy now because it will be found soon.

Extremely disappointed

The staff is an organized and ill-equipped for the job. The pool and Jacuzzi's look like they're from the 1950s. The sites are extremely small. You don't even have enough room to pop out your awning or have any outdoor living space. I would not go back!

Our intent was to stay for 1 1/2 months. Unfortunately, Hurricane Irma changed that. That said, the park staff and Encore were impressively proactive, flexible, and diligent to work with us. Kudos to them! The access and interior roads to the park are good. Sites are small/tight but manageable for our 37 foot motorhome with slides. We stayed in a pull-through site with full hookups. The location is perfect enabling us to explore and enjoy the area. Kudos to the local businesses who were all very friendly and eager to please! We were happy to help support the rebuilding efforts!

Tight and busy
By user-5241787... on 2018-05-17.
... but it’s the keys. The park is ok overall but since it’s really big there is a lot of activity late into the night. For almost 140 $ I would at least have expected free WiFi though. There are better ones around!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The park was very clean. Does not have fenced dog park but plenty of room for long walks. Restaurant is great! All amenities well cared for. Great playground and pool for kids. Definitely recommend!

Never again! We spent the weekend at Fiesta Key RV Resort. I wouldn t exactly call this a Resort . The price was definitely Resort price but the place left a lot to be desired. The sites are extremely tight parking on gravel with a small concrete pad. They stagger the sites to get more in and really aren t set up for Class A s. All sites are back in so you can t totally enjoy the water view. The camper next door to us had at least 15 people (the rules say six people per site). The noise was ridiculous. Reminded me of Sunshine Key two years ago. The enjoyable experiences of this park was getting to see a manatee in the water right behind our motorhome and of course, the sunsets For the prices they charge I would rather be at Bluewater Key.

Tight spaces describe this best.

Wifi isn't part of the deal so had to buy that . 1/2 of the park was closed and under maintenance. Gravel spots with concrete pad for table. Electrical and water hookups had been re-done and are on wrong side of RV. [very strange]. It is the Keys so it get 4 stars for location alone. Deduct one star for tight spaces and gravel pads.
