Pulled right in late Friday afternoon dec 5. Friendly, helpful, quiet, quaint, and beautiful. Dry camped 1 night for $35. Kids loved it. Train not bothersome at all.
We were suppose to stay 3 nights but we decide to stay longer because the view is just perfect. Almost all sites are direct on the ocean. This place doesn't have lots of spots and is verry popular from people from LA. It is first-com first-served. NO -dump-station and only few sites with full hook-ups. So be prepare before arriving. If you are licky, you will find a flat spot and after somebody leave his hook-ups site you will be able to switch. If you dont find a spot in the campground, you can also park your RV on the road before entering de campgroung, witch is direct on the beach. No service at this place but cheeper with beautiful view to. Little restaurant on the site (breakfast and lunch). Shower and restrooms. 47$/night full hook-ups.
The full hook up spots are a little tight, but we enjoyed a dry camp site literally right on the ocean. The view was incredible. It's a small park and it's first-come-first-served. Showers and restrooms are in good shape. Wifi is good too. There's a long stretch of road along the water that has a bike lane. Nice place!
