Nice place, nice people Lot of year round residents . Grounds kept nicely . Propane on site. Many restaurants and shopping close by.
We just checked in today. So far, no bueno! They put us in a very very small spot! We're in a 40 ft 5th wheel and we are backed all the way in our spot ( our ladder is in the bushes) and our cap is at the road line. All the residents that walk by have remarked that we are much too big for this particular spot. When this was brought to the managements attention, they insist we are in a 50 ft lot (?? 40ft and we're at the road? Math doesn't match their description) and said we could move to another spot in 2 weeks. Not much help. We paid the extra $ for Internet, but it just spins and spins. Laundry room near us has 2 washers/ 2 driers.. You can only do 2 loads at a time? Not one of my top 10 places, but we are stuck now..
My wife, 3 kids, and I stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a friend's wedding. The folks are nice, the park is quiet, grounds well kept. Lot of year round residents and many 55+. Had 50 and 30 amp hookups, sewer, water, and picnic table. Propane up front. The Greek restaurant nearby was pretty good. Only problem I had was many ant hills on the site, had to be careful where I was walking. I will stay here again next time I am in town.
