1. Our site shared a 20 amp service with the neighbors, us in a popup using 1.2 amps max. They had a 30'+ power hog that kept tripping the power out. They advertise 30 amp service but I didn't see it 2. The bathrooms are in terrible shape. They reek of mildew and urine, and in general are not very clean. There is no easy/safe way to get from the campground to any other place. The campground is located on one side of a divided Highway (rt 6) making walking and biking a dangerous prospect. I understand the park was just purchased by a land trust, and they appear to be making changes, however I will go elsewhere for a few years, then check in to see if things have improved. We drove thru the other campground in town and plan to use it on our next visit.
Stayed over night. 1. Electric service 20 amp tripped with me (25' class C) and the 45'class A next to me. Luckily the ppl in the class A plugged into the next site ..no problem after. 2. The bathroom was ok.. 3. 1 road in and out. Made for VERY tight quarters. 4. Staff was very friendly & hospitable 5 nice office/ store. 6 1mi walk to commercial st
Campground truly at the edge of the sand dunes one mile from the center of Provincetown. Only has three 30 amp sights with water and no sewer. We’ve stayed here a few times and use the dump station when leaving. Friendly staff. Use our own facilities when staying here. Very quiet. Make sure you have reservations.
