Enjoyed our 6 night stay over memorial weekend. It's fairly hot now and almost no shade. Great jumping off point for Sedona, Jerome and the Montezuma national monuments

Very friendly staff...Hold reservation late for us and did not charge until the following morning.
All level sites with full hook ups and concrete pads.
Big showers, nice laundry room [does not coins, had to get paid card at office]
NOTE: Office closes at 6PM.

RV parking very tight. Facility clean and staff very nice. Casino is solid cigarette smoke and policies absurd. Would not go back to casino

Very nice park was impressed very clean hot tub and pool very nice! Office staff very friendly and accommodating great sites number 43 best in the park if you can get it!
Only one thing would be nice if the hot tub stayed open a little later closes at 7:45! Stayed 6 nights ! Also nice dog park !

Small Unlevel sites

Been here one month. Staff is attentive and helpful and very nice! However the sites are quite small and not level, the wifi is pretty awful and too many broken machines in the laundry room (I have been taking all my laundry to a laundromat to avoid this bad laundry room). Management needs to address these issues.

Did not get site promised and was tight getting in but worked. Nice sites, but all are kinda tight! Get to know your neighbor. Wonderful hot tub and real close to Casino and $8 buffet! Office seemed confused at check in, but polite!

This is the best Park I've been to and very reasonably priced. The facilities are all five star. The management's great and the price is very reasonable. The nearby casino has a great buffet breakfast for only seven dollars.

Small sites and lots of rules

Booked six months ago for pull thru, didn't happen. We got back in we barely fit and could not get motorcycle off lift. Internet sucks as usual. I can't understand how they get such high ratings from this site.

Stayed here for a week. Great park helpful friendly staff, super clean park. Great base to see everything in the area. We stayed in a 36 foot 5th wheel

Easily accessible location, very well kept, friendly staff going the extra mile to make you feel welcomed! Directly across the highway from a very nice cassino. Even though the sites are close together you will enjoy your stay at this RV Resort!

Good Wifi, but limiting it to one device is a pet preeve of mine. No pickleball court :-(

Easy on and off interstate and convenient to Sedona sights. Casino just down the street. Very well kept park with concrete pads, tables, and nice landscape. Paved roads throughout. Restrooms and pool area are very nice!

Staff were friendly. Resort was a good central location to tour around various places. Casino not great but building on so may improve. Very casual with booking, no deposit required. We found it cool and was freezing at nights. Not a place I would spend the winter!! Wifi was terrible. Had to go to clubhouse to use.

Stayed here for the month of November and enjoyed every day. Staff was extremely helpful and very professional. Very nice sites, level with concrete patio pads. Definitely would stay here again.

No RVs older than 10 years

We travel with a restored 1959 aluminum travel trailer pulled by a restored 1973 Chevrolet van. They are immaculate and look very sharp. But they informed us over the phone they wouldn't bend the 10 year rule.

This place is very clean and has great features like the heated pool and Jacuzzi. Very pretty park with free shuttle to casino. Recommended for an upscale stay even if just 1 night.

This was very convenient to the interstate, easy to get into and out off with level nicely landscaped campsites. There was a lovely pool and hot tub. It was very very nice. We would definitely stay again!

We pulled in today with a 42 ft fifth wheel. Sites are on top of each other; we are literally 1 ft from Motorhome in back of us. Major difficulty backing in as streets are narrow even though advertised big rig frIendly. Very frustrating experience. Freeway traffic noise and bathroome okay. We paid $38.50 per night. - Had such hopes as stayed at Kaibab Paiute Indian Reservation RV Park the night before for $22.50 with Good Sam card. Spacious sites, full hookups, unobstructed views of the Grand Staircase and immaculate restrooms and showers. Very friendly and professional staff.

We loved this park and so extended our stay from 5 days to 8. Clean, well kept and friendly. Pool maintained at 85 dog and great hot tub. Laundry and other services also great. Lots to see in the area. Traveling with 40 ft RV and towed car.

Okay if you like paying a premium price to stay in what looks like a huge parking lot without trees or charm. WIFI is lousy. I had to go to the club house to use it. They charge resort prices. The least they can do is have provide decent Internet.

The park is very nice and clean! Alot of concrete, not alot of trees. But you're in Arizona. The staff was friendly, pool was nice, Other than the bees. I got stung on numerous occasions, just at the pool.
