Spend the winter here every year. Nice owners and nice residents, lots of activities and entertainment. Great location for hiking, adjacent to Tucson Mountain Park. WiFi is comparable to most parks we have been in. Owner has made every effort to improve. System speed is primarily limited by system capacity in the general area.

So close to the beautiful Saguaro NP, we stayed for 2 weeks - no online booking so we didn't get to choose our spot in advance - RVs are very close together and the wifi is terrible. On the upside, there are heaps of awesome activities offered (food truck, dances, concerts, etc), trails, pool, and the area is very pretty with the cacti in bloom - if you are lucky you will be invited to a snowbird 'happy hour'. This park was fun - albeit a bit crowded in winter. I'm sure it's 40+ park though...

Hidden gem on the outskirts of town. Great live music two times or more a week, all the activities a person could want either in the park or close by. Friendliest spot imaginable, newcomers genuinely welcomed. Great place for dogs with 2 dog runs and a dog wash station with warm running water. Spend the winter or spend a week, or just never leave.

We stayed at this park in its non-peak months. So there are no activities, foods trucks etc. that the other reviewers mention. What there is though during its down time summer months (they consider May to Sept their summer months) is quiet. A beautiful peaceful park in a very quiet desert setting away from the hustle of Phoenix but easily accessible to grocery stores etc if you have a tow car. We loved it! You can't reserve in the summer months, you show up and self check in. You can post by credit, cash or check. There are tons of sites so don't worry. We picked a pull thru, site #7, plenty of room. We had a neighbor one night and that was it the rest of the time we were there. There are laundry rooms and free ice and the showers were awesome, super clean and recently remodeled it appeared!! I agre with the other reviewers, this park does need a little TLC, a bit of maintenance and this park would be amazing! We stayed 3 nights with Passport America, 30 amp and paid $15 a night! You can't beat it! Oh and it's really close to Old Tucson Movie Set which is open to the public. If you enjoy Western movies you will love this place, we highly recommend! We will definitely return if ever in the area again.
