Very clean park. Almost all spaces are occupied by full-timers. Cable was good and WiFi decent most of the time. We thought that the price was a little the considering the location and the amenities.

Overcharged at check in. One week later manager corrected it. Cable in worked 1/2 the time the first week. Took 5 more days to correct. Electricity went out almost daily. WiFi not working half the time. Not strong when it did. Long time residents would idle their trucks for 20-30 minutes around 5-6 am each morning.

Gated. All concrete and clean, but No place to walk dogs. No satellite reception. Over priced. $46 with Good Sam discount. Only ammenities are a dog wash and doggie bags. Over priced - but clean - laundry.
