| Pleasant stay
Great price! After spending several months up in the northeast where the prices are very high, $30/night is a delight. Laundry room was clean and never busy. Quite a few people in the park are there long term for work in the area. Shopping of just about everything is in the Spartanburg area. So if you don't like Rednecks and country, stay somewhere else. All in all, this is a nice place to stay.

Ok for quick overnight but that's about it. After 2 rows in gets pretty strange

I had a long term stay of 4 months working in the area. This is an older park but very clean and the people were great.
