Southern Hospitality

This Southern hospitality at its finest! Just spending the night on our way to Gulfcoast, but will definitely come back and spend some time in this area. If you're a history buff this is a great base camp to explore some really interesting Civil War battlefields, plus they have a really neat drug store that has a soda fountain that serves old fashion cherry cokes!
The peer nets are friendly and welcoming after a long day on the road and the facility's are immaculate. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

This was my first camping experience so I did not know what to expect. I had seen the listing for the RV campground and chose to try it. The Corinth Welcome Center attendant knew him personally and called him for me to see if there was a site available. He met me at the site and helped me get set up. He was absolutely friendly and helpful. I stayed 3 nights so I could go to all the Civil War Battlefields in the area. The campground was quiet and everyone camping there were courteous. The next time I am going to be in the area I will definitely stay there.

We stayed there on our trip to Hot Springs from Chattanooga. Also stayed on our return home.If you are looking level spaces with full hookups, clean facilities, extremely reasonable prices, owners that care and appreciate your business, this is a diamond in the ruff. If your looking for glitz, not your place. Jim and Debra, Thanks for your Southern hospitality!

This is a small park with very friendly management....
Note it is just right as you come off of 45. If you follow verbal direction you will pass it.

Cost: Passport America accepted $15 for one night, second night was $30
SPECIAL NOTE: they do not have an office, but live at the end of the road. Call them and they come right over. Cash or check. We stayed two nights because they suggested we tour the Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center and Borrums Drug Store and old fashioned soda fountain. We are glad we did! Wonderful people. They created this RV park as a hobby in retirement.

Pros and cons
By user-5415756... on 2018-03-14.
Stayed 2018-03-06 to 2018-03-07
Pros: small park, less than 20 sites, level, mostly pull through with full hookups; ok for one night
Cons: Toilet and shower are in the same room. There is only one for the entire campground; It is close to the highway so traffic noise is significant; Office location was not clear; cash only

Found this rv park when looking for a place to stay near friends. This was our first trip and we loved it! Just off hwy 45. Quiet. Owner is very pleasant and helpful. Little road noise but not enough to bother. We had only planned to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 6! We would stay there again.

Very nice level gravel sites. Plentg of room for 32 ft class A and toad. Owner very amicable. Some highway noise if outside your RV but muffled by woods. Good dog walking area. Clean. Entrance road is narrow. Will stay again.

Great Overnight Stop

Called ahead about 3 hours out. The owner answered and assured us there would be a pull through available when we got there. There was. He met us as we pulled in, directed us to our site, and waited on the patio while we set up. Very laid back, retired, and personal. Don't expect to have cable TV, swimming pool, or other amenities that drive up the price. OTA television is limited to PBS but we use our phone to hot spot our Xfinity service. Satellite reception looks very doable as there isn't a lot of obstructions to the sky. WiFi is offered in this park but we didn't connect as we rarely do anyway. The sites are very level, spacious, and kept clean and nice. Some are shady, others not so much. Full hookups and he may charge $20 to $22 depending on using 30 amp or 50 amp power. Road noise is there but we didn't notice it. Easy in and out off of Hwy 45.
