Nice little city park for overnight stay

It looked like some of the spots were workers so most spots were full when we arrived. We got the last pull through. Be careful of trees upon arrival if you have tall class A or 5th. They need a trim.
And to those people who smoke PLEASE DO NOT leave your butts all over the site. We spent an hour cleaning up others messes
Overall quiet park. NO tv at all. Go for a walk or just enjoy your quiet time.

Great Place

Level, concrete pads at least where we were. First come first serve. It was quiet, lots of trees, dog park, regular park, Wal-Mart across the highway. 2 ways to enter and exit. We donated $30. The night before we had paid $25 and had to pay to park on uneven grass and lots of noise at another campground. When we go through the area again we are planning on using the park again.

Nice clean park
By user-5856571... on 2017-10-23.
Awesome little park provided by the city of Concordia. Self check in, water and electricity, lots of shade trees. Close to shopping if you need anything. There's even a dog park there for your fur babies to enjoy. No Wi-Fi or local TV channels with was no problem we were there visiting a friend the famous California Phil.

Impressive!

A donation box instead of a set fee. We came in the south entrance with our 43' DP pulling our toad. Level concrete pull thrus with 50 amp and water.WOW! Next to hwy but trees help buffer noise. WTG Concordia, Kansas!

This is a nice little park with concrete pads; several are pull-thru. It is tidy and toilets clean. No showers. We are in a 40' DP and found sites 8 and 9 to have 50 AMP. Our fresh water tank is full so we didn't hook up to water but the faucets are split between two sites. Wouldn't have been a problem. We had absolutely NO issues with leveling. Several interesting things to see in Concordia; it's worth the over night stop. We donated $10

You've got to be kidding
By user-6443209... on 2017-10-23.
The previous campers obviously have never leveled a trailer on their lives with lumber or anything. Look at the trailer behind the white truck, it's 3+ inches (I stopped counting) too low...to the left! People of Concordia, you DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE LEVEL, let alone appreciate why having a level space is important. I tried 8 of the 15 spaces..all consistently 3+ inches too low to the west. The guys from the cemetery crew must have done the work. Granted Wal-Mart is across the hwy, I just came from one(Sams) in Wichita..I needed water. Okay..awesome trees, grassy, birds etc..etc. My one pieve is LEVEL spaces. The dump station only has NON POTABLE so hook up get your batteries juiced, rest your body and fill the water, then go dump! The best one I could find was spot #1, right next to the bathrooms, a 2x4 did the trick! No permit, it's all donation. Some have w/&110/30/50..Some don't. All of them are shared so carry a splitter for water, and break out the extension if you come here -you're going to need it! $5 is fair, anything more than that you are throwing your money away just as this town has been doing since July 1997 (last date concrete was poured)! There is a nice bathroom, no showers, bring your own tp. Good luck Concordia, I ain't a commin' back! It's a shame really, I typically spend$200 a day in the town I land in so lazy city leaders and poor money management looses to better managed ones!

Great Park for a week or more
By user-5834920... on 2018-03-14.
Nice park, concrete pads, easy to level if you have hydraulics. Price is right (donation) and 50 amp service with water spigots available with the right length of hose. Filled up quickly with bigger rigs, still small spaces left in early November. Strong Verizon and AT&T signals and shopping nearby. Only minor complaint could be the narrow dump station at the north end of the park, but with care it’s navigable. I will definitely stay here again.

Not Open?

We tried to stop there a couple hrs ago and the road had a road closed sign. I can only assume they were closed for the season?

A gem of a park! Even with a bit of truck noise, this campground has a peaceful vibe. I think the road closed sign mentioned earlier was due to a culvert replacement in a driveway. It appears to be fixed now. Donation for each night up to 7; you can stay up to 8 wks at $100/wk with a permit from city hall.
