| Not for overnight stays
Pulled in here around 6pm en route from Tucson to San Diego with a very tired infant, looking for an overnight stay. Place is a long drive from I-5 as there is no direct access despite the proximity. Only a guard was on duty, office closed. After a very long check-in process the guard said he'd go look for an available space. The closest to the pool (our request) was 0.5 miles from it, at the outer edge of the resort, next to a field on the other side of I-5, no Wi-Fi signal at all. Resort seemed almost empty as it was off season, but he reconfirmed this was the best he could do. At 48 USD, this was something we did not want to take and left. Facilities looked nice enough, but this resort is entirely geared towards Snowbirds/long-term stays and can't be recommended for overnight stays.
| Wonderful place
We stayed for the winter, it was great, like a resort. Golf course right on the resort, swimming pool, hot tub, cantina, restaurant and dance hall. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Sites are gravel, mainly backing in with all services and cable.
| Nice place at first glance
If you don't have pets, you will probably like this place. Pets can only be walked in a small area and these people actually think dogs know they can't pee on the way. Pseudo friendliness is a gripe of mine, and these people feign good will while telling you the wifi hotspots are FAR from your spot and it doesn't work anyway. This may also be fine if you don't work on the road like I do.

Situated along the Colorado River near Yuma, Arizona, our resort is 300 acres of adult playground. With heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, shuffle board, horse shoes, tennis courts, archery range, grills, fitness center and free wi-fi there is never a lack of things to do. We offer 805 spacious full hookup (30/50 amp) sites with many directly available on the golf course. All sites include 60 channel cable tv, concret patios, full security, laundry facilities and shower/restrooms.
