Kind of sketchy, not beautiful, but the only thing close to Clarksdale. Very friendly people. We would stay here again

County prisoners mow grass & pick up trash occasionally. I capped open sewer lines that have overflowed for the parks entire existence. The charity that took over the building look at the RVpark as a funding stream & never willingly reinvest in the infrastructure. It's the only park within 35 miles so they ignore it's needs. Isle of Capri in Lula is $16 a night but it's a big parking lot
