Clinton Lake sra is an awesome place to get away lots of deer and fishing .
Spent a 3 day weekend here late season (early October). We had an entire loop to ourselves, it was wonderful. Roads are paved, sites are packed gravel, level with a decent amount of space between them. We will be back next year.
We opted for an electric only site, as we were just staying one night. Access roads were paved, but rough for bigger rigs. Sites were gravel pads, not real level, but O.K. for the price. Never saw any staff. Campground Hosts seem to handle everything, but are good at it. Quiet and peaceful, but too far off the beaten path. Would only stay again if we had time to spend several days. They do have lots of sites and many with full services, and nice dump stations. Small restaurant on site at beach. Clearly cater to those using the water. Nice beach and boat ramp.
