Good location

We stay there three nights. Liked the camp site we got. Close to Helen and Unicoi state park. Older but clean bathrooms. Very good rate for what we got. Tha owner was very friendly and helpful, he helped me back into the site.

Bath house with no apparent heat in cold weather/showers worked but difficult to turn on/bathroom dirty ...a few nice tent sites but owner charged more than price agreed upon

We enjoyed the stay here. Owner excellent. Campground was good and away from the busy helen nearby. Price was very fair.

We enjoyed this quiet getaway. About 5 miles to Helen. Owner is very friendly. Clean restrooms. It has some old campers that haven't been used or moved in years.

Nice Quiet Place

We have been camping here for the last 2/3 years during Thanksgiving holidays. Great price. Enough space between sites.
Phil is always helpful. Last time we were here, I saw him riding camper kids around in golf cart. Cool!
We didn't have kids with us, but it was nice. It is dog friendly, too!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it is very quiet and laid back. Phil was very hospitable and we had a great time. Best WiFi we ve had at a campground. Not much in the way of amenities but you aren t paying for them either. Would stay again if in the area.

This is a small no frills campground that is near Helen GA and close to the many activities in the area. The owner Phil is very hospitable. Several older permanent campers on site. We stayed here for a few days while in the area. Easy in/out for big rigs and level roads and campsites.
