I rate this place at 4 stars because it is full hookups with a nice large space and the hosts/managers are very nice people. If you were charged $40+ per night the rating would not be so high. This is a large open field with dirt sites but full 50 amp/water/sewer hookups. Gophers and traffic have made the area a little bumpy but the sites are reasonably level. It is a little dusty but not too bad. For the price it makes for a nice easy stop. Check the fairground schedule online. If they are having a big event sites may be limited. We were here early July and we were one of 6 campers for approximately 100 sites. The good: *Price *Near Leavenworth and Wenatche *Easy parking full hookup sites The bad: *Dirt sites, a little dusty *WiFi is weak or nonexistent through most of grounds *Access roads seem a little small but are big enough for trucks so big rigs are OK

Can t beat it for a place to stay for the night. Very quiet away from the freeway. Grass spots with full hook ups. Friendly park host
Wonderful place to stay $27 /50 amp FHUs/ good wifi. 11 miles from Leavenworth . Site 2 H , grass, level, paved roads, easy in and out. Nice camp hosts . Fairgrounds and buildings looked well cared for. Would stay here again. 40 mh/ toad.
