Not much for kids to do here. The ones we saw enjoyed sitting and lying on the two speed humps in the center of the park. One oddity is that the office is across a very busy highway. However, if you make reservations--necessary in summer--your registration packet is clipped to your site number post and the host will get you registered. No need to risk crossing the road. It is a short drive into Poulsbo and to the Bainbridge Island bridge and on to the Seattle ferry. Enterprise has a car rental office in Poulsbo. A berm between the road and the campground blocked most of the traffic noise for us.
There are not a lot of choices in this area however, Cedar Glen is a nice park with very pleasant and professional camp hosts. The only negative is the very busy highway. All you need is close at hand.
