Stayed here a week. Very large place, 300+, lots of things for families, about midway between Montreal and Ottawa. Not particularly friendly to anyone who's not French. All signage in French, no English or any other subtitles. Advertised wi-fi but not available until the day before we left. Calls to the office were not helpful, went to the office and the manager made a show of calling someone to come fix the internet issue. He reported no answer, but he left no message so for a call back. He, did at least, offer us a refund if we wanted to go elsewhere but by this time we had been there almost half our week. We did find a McDonalds about five miles distant that we would visit daily just to check on our family, friends and the news. If you come here be aware that the "yellow card" they give you at check in is not just a receipt, its your way back through the security gate. We were not told this and had left our "receipt" in the rv. So because we didn't show it, the woman at the desk came out yelling and threatening to charge us again "I can do that". Needless to say, we aren't particularly happy with this campground. Only after the manager agreed he did not tell us did she offer a weak apology.
