We stayed two nights late in the season, and found the park very quiet as well as no road or train noise. It is a wooded area with a nice steam on the edge. The trees were not a problem with our satellite though and they do have cable TV here, which we didn’t use. Our site was a level crushed stone pull thru near the river. It was good size for my 39 foot fifth wheel and truck. The Wi-Fi was very good here too and they recycle all but cardboard too! Something I haven’t found at too many parks. There are several RV’s that are parked here for the season, but they didn’t seem to be around while we were here. We didn’t use any of the amenities. You’ll find this little gem quite far from the highway and down some windy roads. But very manageable for my fifth wheel rig. I would stay here again.
Great little getaway place. Huge trees and a beautiful stream. Lots of early morning commuters on the adjacent road early in the morning so some road noise, but still very nice.
Great view of Brandywine Creek (and dogs loved playing in it). Also a pretty pond with swans. Lots of grass, level gravel pull thru site. A little hard to find - be sure to use their instructions on their website to avoid low underpasses!! Owners live on site, very helpful - office is open til 9pm. Website says they close Nov 1st but we weren't the only ones there!
