My rating would be 1-1/2 stars out of 5. Staff not very professional at all. Lady who signed me in took a call right after I walked up to the desk. Was on it for nearly 10 minutes. Got off the call and did not acknowledge that I patiently waited for quite a while. Then as we were doing my transaction her kids kept running behind the counter and asking if they could do this or that. She became distracted and had to start the transaction all over. Again no acknowledgement or comment on her part for interrupting the transaction. Men's room / shower: Has 4 shower stalls. Drop ceiling tile was literally falling down and resting on stall. Was like that for the 3 days I was there. Water for the showers is activated with an overhead lever. One lever had a short rope on it the 3 had nothing so you have to reach upward in a very awkward position to hold the shower water on. Shower heads hardly spray any water and do so in just a few streams of water making it harder to take the shower. There are three toilet/stalls. One has no door and the other two have no locks to keep the closed and will only stay in the wide open position unless you hold the closed. Overall the grounds need a lot of attention. There are much better choices out there than this place.
