Nice park

This is our first stay here. The park is clean, quiet and nicely landscaped. The fellow who checked us in was friendly and very helpful. He even gave us some coupons for the casino restaurant. The spaces are all pull throughs with 50A service. Wi-fi has been strong and reliable. Would stay here again.

Hidden gem

We live very close to here, but have never stayed here because of the previous manager. The folks in the office now are wonderful, the park is clean and well laid out, albeit slightly close on the spacing. We did not use the bathroom areas or laundry, but they appear large and well kept. Over the years, the casino restaurant has cycled between awesome and awful, and is currently borderline awful. The park, though, is very nice. We occasionally need someplace close to home to winterize/dewin Teri zero, or dumping at the end of a long trip; this is now the place.

Well Kept Park

All site pads are concrete pull-thru's with grass along the side. Plenty of room on both sides of my RV (46). I am a 42' 5th wheel and had plenty of room to get in/out of my site. The wi-fi is excellent, the park had small trees, but I was able to use my dish. The place is really clean, quiet and kept up. There is a gas station and Casino as you enter the park. The restaurant in the casino had great food and the prices were real reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice park with trees, grass and enough space between units. The manager was helpful and great. We will definitely stay here again. One of the nicer parks we've stayed in since we have been on our trip.

This is a lovely park, with manicured grass and a couple of trees. The spaces are paved and pretty darned level. They are close... with 8' and a 3' slide on each side, we were within inches of the tree and cement picnic table on one side and the power pier on the other. Dog yard is all gravel; there is another yard off the gas station that has trees and grass, but it's not fenced, although there are bags provided. Laundry was very hot but worked fine; didn't use showers. Wifi would drop every 3 minutes and was effectively unusable.

Nice, well kept, level spaces. Restroom is clean, but only one per gender. Wifi hasn't worked in 3 days. No "resort" amenities.

Great overnight stop

Friendly staff, very quiet at night no traffic or trains. It is easy right of the highway. Gasstation near the entrance. Free cable and good free WiFi. No amanities. Sites are very close together but level and concrete /paved. Some guest/dumpers drive a bit to fast as travel to the dump. But definitely come back on our travels..

Run if you have kids

If you have kids run from this park the owners hate kids and hate you for having them don t spend a dime with this hateful people for this reason.
It is a beautiful park quite cost is good. So it s ok a guess but even older kids are not wanting or welcome here I have been told by people staying here they have seen kids here too.
We have a 2016 Class A it s not like we have a old broken down motor home and my kids are 16 and 12 and almost never leave the RV. I told them this too.
So again if you have kids don t bother even if you are just staying over night or a week they really didn t want you there at all they hate kids and you for have them it is a complication they didn t want around their park so in my thoughts don t give them your money.

Nice clean park, staff was very nice, internet and cable worked great. Slots are nice and roomy with a nice grassy area. Would definitely stay here again! A+

Stayed for 2 days because this park is very nice. The 1st 4 places we stopped coming out of Phoenix were not up to par. Clean showers, only 1 toilet each. Sandwiches down at casino are monsters and a bargain. Would stop here again for sure.
