| Magnificent Scenery! No services.

Some of Arizona's most rugged and beautiful scenery exist near this isolated state park. Columns, pinnacles, and balanced rock formations abound in the Chiricahua National monument. The park itself is a bargain at $12 per night ($6 with an Annual Pass from the National Park Service). Be aware, though, that the maximum vehicle length is 29 feet. There are no electric or sewer hookups, though drinking water is available via several spigots. Also, the most level spots for motor homes are sites #11, 20, and 13. Avoid site #12 as it is very unlevel! Our camp host was very helpful and knowledgeable and there is a shuttle from the nearby Visitor's Center to several of the trail heads. In summary, not a spot for those who crave every comfort but an excellent destination for those who want to see the most beautiful places!

Very nice campground in the forest. We were surrounded by birds which was very cool. Cost was 8$ for a night

| Beautiful but tight

Stayed one night of 2/3/2019. Beautiful little campground in the foothills of the Chiracaua National Monument. Gorgeous area to explore. Very scenic. Campground is tight for larger RVs. Maximum allowed length is 29'. No other options for campgrounds close by although a little dry camping available outside the monument.
