Campground is essentially a large gravel lot. Sites are very tight. Most of the park appears to be seasonal here for a long stay. The campground is right on the highway but there are sites a bit back from the noise. Laundry has several washers and dryers. But all were in use when we arrived making me think the community uses it also. Washrooms are clean and spacious. Showers cost $1.
Good campground to stay in while visiting Dawson City. We were here early in the season, so the campground wasn't full. We had an empty site on one side, giving us plenty of room to stretch out. The space on the other side was good, too, and the occupant was very friendly so it worked out well. We had great luck with the park's WiFi. At times, both my husband and I were hooked up searching the internet and planning the next part of our trip. Bathrooms were very clean and so were the showers.
Yes, the sites are narrow, especially the full hookup sites. But, it's on par with the others. If you're self contained it is fine. It's not really "camping"... there's no room for fire pits and such, but it IS a fairly nice RV park. 30 amp power was rock steady and it was in the 80s while we were here.
