Too many regulars

Loads of very close spaces. Dog parks are grass. Pool is very small and indoors. And there were a lot of people living there full time. It was ok for a place to stay while we checked out the city in our bug and the price was good.

Future Mobile Home Park
By user-6023460... on 2017-10-23.
My plans got changed and I needed a place for a few days last minute. This is where I ended up. The staff was fairly friendly, although not very helpful. Facilities were fine. Bathrooms fairly clean as was the laundry room. Pads were gravel, not cement. The cement pads were all being used by full time residents. Which encompasses about 3/4 of the park. The only part being used by non residents is in the middle of the south part of the park if you look at the map. So the entire north side is full time residents, and the entire perimeter of the south area have numerous cars, boats, motorcycles, etc. So with all the permanent residents, good luck finding extra parking stalls for your vehicle. I had to cram my trailer, my truck, and he motorcycle into my spot, as did all he other short term visitors, which creates the cramped quarters. They were also putting overnight tent campers in decorative grass areas next to some of the over flow parking (obviously not designed for camping). The dog areas consist of fenced in potty areas about 8'x8' which are obviously overused by the permanent residents who must not feel like they need to clean up after their pets. Luckily there was a great city dog park within walking distance. They had a person lead me to my spot but that's all he did. He didn't help back in or explain any of the hookups like other parks do. He just point to the spot and drove off. But the location was convenient and close to
amenities so I didn't have to spend too much time actually in the park.

Came here specifically for WiFi. They told me no problem. Connection was so slow I couldn't even send email.

Very tight spaces/parking lot

This is a very clean park, but it's design is just like a parking lot. No room between sites. Very nice laundry room and indoor pool. The hot tub was broken during our stay. It was extremely busy and again the rigs seemed to be almost stacked on each other. Very tight spaces and a lot of permanent residents who disobey the speed limit. Wish this KOA was more like a park not a parking lot.

A port in a storm

Stumbled in here during an epic snowstorm. The people were nice and the hot tub was hot. If you need to be stuck waiting for roads to reopen, this is the place. They did a wonderful job of plowing and snow removal. So grateful that this place was open.

By user-5456374... on 2017-10-23.
Sort of like doing rving at a parking lot all the RVs are very close to each other no grass there's no dirt either so it's nicely gravelled and everybody is on a cement pad but it's no where I would spend any time or was very clean bathrooms very nice showers

Not too bad for a wintery stop

Had an unexpected stop here while travelling through due to a mechanical issue. Friendly staff and nice facilities. The shower/toilet areas were very clean, well maintained, and kept very well heated which was much appreciated given the cold conditions. The wifi only really worked for us by using it in the lounge area of the office. Convenient location in Meridian/Boise. I would stay again without hesitation.

Nice place, but u shouldn t advertise WiFi if all it allows is reading email. You get better WiFi at Starbucks for free.

More like an RV park (no nature)
By user-4783457... on 2019-08-09.

We had a very nice welcome and our check in was fast. Everything was clean. The only downside was that it felt like an ordinary RV Park with RV's closely side by side. It was ok for an overnight stay, but for that, it was far too expensive. 45$ just to sleep there is just too much.
Wouldn't recommend it if you want to stay more then one night.
