Clean and Friendly park

Nice park in the sense that its clean and the staff was pleasant to work with but it is a park right near the freeway so if you're looking for lush lawns and large play areas with big shade trees then this isn't it. If you are looking for a place with clean wash rooms, clean laundry area, and a clean park then this will do the trick. We are staying here for the week while visiting our new granddaughter. Occasional airplane from the airport nearby but easily ignored. Shopping close by so you can easily get supplies if needed.

Great stop over

They had availability posted after hours and we were able to hook up and pay in the morning. Friendly staff, clean park, and they have complimentary cookies and coffee in the office.

Now days I live near here. Still looks nice. Pretty busy. It isn't a senic park, more of a in town place to stay. Big spots, mostly pull thru. Right off i5 freeway.

Facilities are clean and well kept but the sites are very close together. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mixture of long term residents, travelers and folks stopping for a few days to enjoy the local sights. WiFi is very good! We would stay there again.

Not bad

Not a bad park, spaces alittle tight for slides, not much room for the tow car. Laundry room was clean. Not very many parks to choose from in this vicinity so it served our purpose. Not much activity from the airport and we didnt notice the highway noise. We stayed here in a 40ft motorhome in June.

Well maintained park appearance, nice and clean bathroom and showers, laundry facilities $1.50/wash or dry. Sites are close together and not much privacy but well maintained. Guests are fairly private and overall experience was good.

Too pricey for what you get

If only the whole park lift up to the pristine quality of the showers! Spaces are too short for proper pull through s and way too close together. Tiny little patch of scrubby dry grass is all you get. We were so close to our neighbor that he had to ask us to turn our TV down! First time in a year of travel that that has happened. This would be fine if it were $30 a night
