All Seasons RV Park

| Good and bad.

First impression was for me to double check to see if just maybe I had missed another possible option for somewhere to stay. Park is in need of a good cleanup and fix up. Grass was very high throughout the park and even the dog park was not useable because the grass was a good foot high. Check office smelled of acrid urine from diapers. Not very inviting. However the couple was very nice and said his parents are the owners. We ski to move from our original spot as the water connection was under water. Second spot was ok but had to use shears to cut weeds and grass around the table. Mostly workers who live in trailers so it is quiet. Bathrooms are old but at least they are clean! The owner did come now on a Friday but did not see if they were actually going to clean up the area of weeds. Also, behind the trash dumpsters there were piles of trash, maybe recycling because the recycling bins were also overflowing. All in all this place needs a serious cleanup!

| Nice little campground.

It is an older campground so it is not new and shiny, but it is a pleasant stay. We were visiting family in town for a week and enjoyed the closeness to Wichita and close amenities.

| Quaint, quiet, great dog walking area

This is a rustic but clean little park on the west side of Wichita. The sites are a bit rough, but they are pull through sites. Bathrooms clean and warm, a bit dated. Very quiet at night. It has a great rough area with mowed trails to take the dog for a walk. Would definitely stay here again.

| Holiday Visit

Drove to Wichita from Denver to visit family for the holidays. We scoped out a few campgrounds earlier in the year and found, "All Seasons RV Park. New owners are doing a lot of work to make this a really nice location. Unfortunately we stayed when the temperature dropped into the single digits. Some of the water spigot froze but still we were able to get water. Bathrooms were in the process of being remodeled she we didn't use them. The staff was GREAT. They handled all our requests promptly. Our site (#6) was level, clean and easy to exit with our 42' 5th wheel. Yes there are some full-timers in this park but in today's world we should expect that everywhere. We have never let that be a problems and enjoy meeting the people. Quiet, clean and we will stay ahgain in our next visit to Wichita.

| Very nice place to stay

We enjoyed the nice camp grounds. There were some long term residents but we see that everywhere these days. The sites had picnic tables, and there are park like areas for children to play, separate areas for bbqs and tables, dog walkers, and volleyball areas. We liked that there were trees and some grass, with nice graveled roads. All level with pull throughs. Bonuses: there s a beautiful neighborhood across the street we took a nice walk around and it s close to town.

Very nice owners who reserved the perfect site for us. Very reasonable rate and a nice park. Wi-fi amazingly fast. Wish all parks were so. Will definitely stay here again on our way south for the winter or going home in the spring.

Adequate for a stop on the road. Sites are very narrow but they are pull through. It s not a place to enjoy the outdoors because the space is so tight.Post was helpful and attentive.
