Thank you for considering Arrowhead Point Campground & Cabins for your upcoming visit to the Buena Vista area. Our campground is located on a Scenic Byway and the 14,000 foot Collegiate Peaks circle the campground offering amazing views in every direction.

Office hours vary depending on the season. If you plan to arrive after dark, please make arrangements with the office to be certain you can enter the park after dark. Check in is at 2 PM and Check out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins will incur a nominal fee.

In years past, bringing firewood along to a camping weekend was tradition. However, forestry officials now understand that this practice contributed to the spread of invasive species such as the Mountain Pine Beetle. Invasive species have devastated forests in Colorado! Transportation of firewood into or out of Arrowhead Point Campground & Cabins must be prohibited. Firewood is available for sale at the campground.

Two guests are included in the nightly rate. Please note that when reserving a site, we charge $5 per day for each additional guest over the age of 5 years old. We also require a $10 non-refundable reservation fee at the time of booking.

Pets are welcome, however we do have a maximum of 2 dogs per RV site, 2 dogs per Tent site and 2 dogs maximum in our Deluxe Cabins and Rustic Cabin ONLY. Please note not all cabins are pet friendly (pet fees apply as follows: in our pet friendly cabins - $10/pet/night and rv and tent sites - $2/pet/night)

Tents are NOT allowed on RV Sites.

One vehicle is allowed per site. Overflow parking for extra vehicles and/or trailers with ATV’s, etc., is available at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

We recognize that plans change, but it is still necessary to call in and cancel ANY reservation.

Any cancellation of an RV or Tent Site will incur a $20 handling fee. If cancellation is not received at least 7 days prior to 1 PM on the scheduled day of arrival, charges equaling one night stay plus the handling fee will be assessed.

Any cancellation of a Deluxe Cabin, Cottage, Yurt, Rustic Cabin or Loft Cabins will incur a $50 handling fee. If cancellation is not received at least 30 days prior to scheduled day of arrival, charges equaling one night stay plus the handling fee will be assessed. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to date of arrival, you will be responsible for the entire charges for your accommodations.

Failure to notify the campground will result in a “No-Show” and your card on file will be billed in FULL for the entire stay. To avoid penalties, please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change.

There are no refunds for early departure, so please be mindful when committing to your reservation dates.
