All “on-line” reservations are processed through “Book Your Site”. Our goal is to make your stay fun and relaxing. Part of our goal is to make Olde Stone Village one of your favorite and frequent stops. We strive to make your reservation process with us convenient from first contact to confirmation. Please read our cancellation policy and understand it fully before booking your site.
We are currently under construction for expanding our park, please excuse the noise and dust while we finally get to grow our park this project is projected to be completed late spring.

To book a site with less than 48-hour advance notice, please call our office at 1-503-472-4315 to make those reservations.
There is a non-refundable $5.00 online booking fee. All reservations have a one-night minimum deposit (at unadjusted daily rate, prices subject to change). Cards will be charged at the time the confirmed reservation is made.
To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department and specify you booked online.
We do not guarantee a specific site number. All reservations are subject to availability. If you are a Good Sam member (need member #) you may apply discount at time of booking.
All site rates are based on One RV per site including up to 4 adults, and up to 3 pets (see pet restrictions). Additional guest charged is $1.00 per person. Guest under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Current rates are subject to change without prior notice. Extended stays require management approval.
All Reservations must be for use of a fully self-contained, factory manufactured, truck campers, van conversions, tent trailer, travel trailer, 5th wheel, motorhome, it must be 15 years or newer, or have prior management approval. No tent camping available (all people must sleep inside RV).
Site Check in is 1 PM and check out 11 AM.
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No wood fire pits allowed -propane only.
Please Note: You do not have a complete reservation until you receive a confirmation email from the park itself.
Reservation Change /Cancellation policy:
If reservation is changed or cancelled less than 48 hours of arrival date no refund will be given. In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed. There are no refunds for early departures, illness, acts of nature, or work schedules.
“No shows” are subjected to a penalty of the entire amount of reservation.
Any monthly reservation taken will require $150.00 deposit at time of booking. If canceled or changed less than 30 days from arrival date the full deposit will be retained, no refunds, no acceptations.

Terms and Conditions:
All “MONTHLY” RV rigs must be ten (10) years or newer. All Monthly RV guest will be required to pay a $18.00 non-refundable background application fee (rate subject to change without notice). You will need to submit rental reference for 1 year. You will be required to sign monthly rental agreement along with rules and regulations. The presence of any criminal or eviction history (and/or adverse credit/employment history for monthly residents) will be grounds for denial of permission to say in the Park.
Monthly rent is due and payable on the first of each month including electrical and RV Storage if applicable. If payments received after the 5th a late fee of $50.00 will be charged.
Eviction – Failure to pay rent as required by the terms of the rental agreement and as otherwise required by law shall result in a seventy-two (72) hour notice of intent to terminate the tenancy. Termination of a tenancy has an adverse effect upon the rental history of the guest who is evicted; if the RV is not removed promptly after such termination, further action may be taken to dispose of the RV unit. We further reserve the right to evict for violation of these rules, the rental agreement and pursuant to applicable law, and we rigorously seek to collect all costs and disbursements as is allowed by law.
No tent camping allowed. (All people must sleep inside RV).
All RV guest must be register at the park office.
No more than two (2) vehicles (in addition to the RV) are permitted per rental site or if site only accommodates one (1). No parking of vehicles on the streets is allowed. All persons operating any motor vehicle within the park must have a valid driver’s license and current insurance.
No loud “noise” including but not limited to vehicle sound systems, loud vehicles, loud motorcycles/ATV and generators are permitted in the park. The definition of “loud” will be determined at the sole discretion of management.
All RV’s must be centered on concrete pad. No overhanging grasses areas.
Sewer hoses must be on a sewer rack and draining properly per County Health Code. All sewer connections must be of an approved RV Sewer Hose or pipe and be properly sealed at our sewage drain. Gray water must be dumped into the sewer line.
Absolutely “NO” Fireworks, campfires, fire pits, explosives or weapons of any kind are permitted within the Park or attached to any RV, trailer, tent trailer, or vehicle of any type, or on the person of any Guest or visitor. No weapon of any type may be discharged at any time within the Park. All firearms, even those with permits, must be kept inside the RV or trailer and out of sight at all times. are allowed.
Satellite dish must say on concrete pad.
Sprinklers are in use throughout the park. No stakes are permitted. No turning off or moving sprinkler heads.
A neat and orderly appearance is required of all RV spaces at all times. No skirting, no storing of materials including but not limited to appliances under, outside or around RV, no free-standing propane tanks, no storage sheds, no permanent steps or furniture is allowed. Sign are not allowed. “For Sale” signs must be approved by management. No cloth lines, article of clothing or towels are to be left hanging in/on/or around RV’s.
No solicitation, commercial activity or sales activity of any kind is permitted.
All trash, debris, and litter including cigarette butts must be kept cleaned up at all times. No trash can be sitting outside of RV at any time. All trash must be bagged before depositing into trash compactor. No Hazardous waste materials may be deposited anywhere on the premises.
We do not allow any fluids from any vehicle on the concrete or on the ground. No automobile repairs are allowed.
No skateboards, scooters, in-line stakes, rollerblades, hoover boards allowed. Only mopeds or motorcycles are permitted as transportation entering or exiting park only.
Beginning November 15th guest are responsible for wrapping their water lines with hear tape and insulation or have heated hose.
Non-Smoking policy -Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within 10 feet or inside any Community building on the property, this includes but is not limited to clubhouse, office, pool and enclosure, restrooms, mailroom, garbage and recycle area, laundry area, RV storage, tennis courts and playgrounds. Marijuana policy – No guest or tenant may possess, grow, or use marijuana for any purpose within Olde Stone Village, including medical or recreational purposes. Pursuant to the Controlled Substance Act, 21 U.S. C. Section 801 et. Seq., all use possession, manufacture or distribution of marijuana is illegal, not withstanding any state law to the contrary.
Respect your neighbors RV site: no walking playing or otherwise occupying another patron’s site. Including walking pets on sites.
Please leave the laundry room neat and clean for the next person. Please remove clothes promptly.
Visitors may not bring pets into the campground. Site occupants are fully responsible for visitors and their actions while in the park.
Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children at all times. Guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using the restroom, laundry and clubhouse facilities.
Guest under the age of 18 are not permitted in the pool area without immediate adult supervision.
Speed limit is 10 MPH in the Park, Please, drive slowly.
All federal, state and local laws – Must be obeyed while in the Park. All signs, posted notices, and directions of the Park Management must be respected. The Guest is responsible for any damage he or she causes to the unit site or facilities, including any damage caused by invitees, friends or visitors of Guest. Non-compliance may result in immediate loss of Park privileges.
Guests: A “Guest” is defined as any person who has rented a space from the Park, also referred to as a “Resident”. The terms of this contract also extend to the family members, friends, or visitors of the Guest and Guest’s site, and/or Park facilities while Guest is renting space at the Park. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to Park’s personal property or that of anyone else.
NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. Furthermore, Olde Stone Village (management, agents, and/or owners) reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and to ask anyone to leave the premises, current and returning guests that have violated our rules and regulations and/or have vacated the Park without paying all fees.
Pool:
Pool hours – Are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
No lifeguards are on duty – Guests swim at their own risk.
Must adhere to all posted rules and signage.
While in the pool area, persons under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Any guests must be accompanied by a park resident.
Proper swimming attire is required.
All persons must take cleansing showers prior to entering the pool.
Only toilet trained children are permitted in the pool. NO DIAPERS/swim diapers.
Diving, running, jumping, games or other boisterous play are prohibited.
No roller-blading or inline skates are allowed on pool decks.
No smoking is allowed.
Inflatables, floating objects, toys, and floats are not allowed in the pool.
No Food is allowed in the pool area.
Bottled Water in plastic containers are allowed in the pool area.
Absolutely NO Alcohol and No glass containers are ever allowed in the pool area.
No pets are allowed in the pool area.
No wet bathing suit is to be worn inside bathrooms, office, or clubhouse
Sound-emitting devices are permitted only in conjunction with earphones or headsets. This shall be determined by the Park Managers at their sole discretion.
Pets:
A maximum of 3 pets.
Given the requirement of our property liability insurance, the following dog breeds (including mixed with these breeds) and including any other statistically known to be aggressive are restricted from staying at Olde Stone Village: Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Heelers, and Rottweiler. We apologize for this inconvenience.
All owners must have their pets on a leash at all times.
At no time may pets be left unattended outside of the RV or vehicles. No pet enclosures.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets immediately and disposing of the pet waste in proper disposal container.
Pets must be kept quiet at all times.
Pets are not allowed to roam around or wonder onto other sites.
Pets are not allowed in any buildings or pool areas.
All pets must be fully vaccinated, including Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. All vaccines must be kept current while in the park.
Owners are strictly liable for injuries caused by their pet(s).
Please be advised that the park will assess a $50.00 fine per pet, per violation for breach of any of the pet rules and policies which includes but not limited to cleaning up pet excrement (Per ORS 90.530 (c).
